moral rights leading to censorship

If a child in your school creates a beautiful mural on one of the school walls and another student paints over the that in violation of moral rights? What if the school is being remodeled?
Censoring copies of a work, such as putting pants on the naked boy in Maurice Sendak's In the Night Kitchen would not violate moral rights. It would not violate moral rights because the book is a copy of the original artwork. It would be an act of censorship.
